Our team brings together a wide variety of skills, expertise, and experiences that contribute to our ability to hold space for people wherever they are in their journeys of learning and unlearning. Alongside this process of building a shared set of knowledge and language, we will support compassion for ourselves and one another to promote a more decolonial, equitable, and inclusive committee environment.

LightWork members have lived knowledge and experience on the subjects of anti-oppression, systems of power and oppression, anti-racism, microaggression, unconscious bias and intercultural fluency, through our personal lives and through our research and facilitation work.

Our goal is to make the world a better place through an increased understanding of Justice, Equity, Decolonization, Diversity, Inclusion (JEDDI) principles.
