START A CO-OP
Bringing together a new worker cooperative can be very overwhelming at first and even though each Cohort should be building their own local ecosystem of mentors, advisors and supporters. We want to assist you and your Cooperative in every way possible from staff, funding, office space, supplies, technical support and even food.
When you reach out to Solid State we can help you define the enterprise’s direction (non-profit, for-profit, combined) and under the mentorship of one of our crew members you start embedding cooperative values and building a business model that fits best to the cohort’s needs. Don’t feel pressured to have a full branding package to begin with as our Communications Team can help develop one.
Please take into consideration that this is not a linear process and sometimes we might need to take different directions to reach the final goal. But we will be supporting all of you in every step of the way until the enterprise is launched.
